ABOUT ME

Born and raised in Dallas, Texas, I earned my bachelor’s degree in history at Harvard University before moving to Seattle. When I arrived on the west coast, I built a career as a marketing executive for technology companies. After my own process of self exploration, I went back to school and earned a Master’s degree in Clinical Psychology from Seattle University. I am committed to continued growth and development and am currently participating in a postgraduate program in psychoanalytic psychotherapy through the Seattle Psychoanalytic Society and Institute.

In my clinical work, I have experience working with adults struggling to navigate complicated family, romantic, peer, and work relationships; manage anxiety and depression; cope with fertility issues, pregnancy, and the postpartum period; examine identity and sense of self; and navigate life transitions like marriage, parenthood, career change, and more.

Outside of work, I enjoy adventuring both in and out of town with my family, reading voraciously, and spending as much time as possible in close proximity to trees, mountains, and water.
